“Cottage A of the Naples Coquina cottages was just what we were looking for. Neat, clean, quaint, and the perfect size for a seven day stay. Two blocks from the beach near the Naples pier, it did not lack for any need during the week. Despite the new hotel construction across the street it was it was relatively quiet and clean all week. “The cottage was just as described. Was comfy yet homey but beach decor made you realize it was vacation time. Karen & Don we're great hosts. Good communications and hospitality plus! The property was inviting with ponds and wildlife to enjoy. Beautiful pool to relax on off beach days. We tried to the kayaks but only saw a few ducks and fish. The patio down by the river was awesome to watch the boaters and wildlife including Esther the rabbit . It was located on the end of a quiet street……

“This is a lovely home....even nicer than the pictures show. Upon opening the front door, the vaulted living room ceiling and open floor plan greet you. Walk thru the sitting area and the sliding glass doors completely open the length of the room to the lanai where a hot tub and pool await you. The master bedroom is on one side of the house and the other bedrooms are tucked away on the opposite side. Tastefully decorated. This rental property is new on the market. “We enjoyed our stay at Naples Bay Resort. The condo had everything that we needed, was clean, and a great little resort off of the 5th ave strip (but close enough to get to). The shuttle was super convenient to have a day on the beach or head downtown. We traveled with 2 young kids, and we fit comfortably in the condo. ”

“Great experience!!!!”

“Family had a great vacation in April. Great access to restaurants, site seeing boat tours, mini golf, top golf onsite was an hit etc. apartment was very nice and accessible. Club was a little pricey and they weren’t always upfront with tip already included so beware on site .Most meals were made in the apartment (probably not for everyone), most everything was available except oven mitts and some cleaning supplies. ”

“The Bayshore Arts district was a great area to stay and the Cottage was perfect for the two of us and our small dog. The back porch was so pleasant in the evenings and we had a chance to hit the Botanical Gardens, Ankrolab, Celebration Park and 360. Would definitely stay here again.”

“We were so pleased to find a cute and newly renovated cottage in a great location for a couple of days. We had thought this location would require a longer stay so we were so happy to be able to rent for a couple days. The place was freshly renovated and very comfortable especially the kingside bed! Keith even had Beach towels and chairs! ”

“Everything about our stay was perfect. House had lots of space and is equipped with anything you need (kitchen stuff, beach stuff, coolers, bikes, washer/dryer with supplies, …). The backyard truly does feel like its own tropical getaway. Very secluded private feeling but right down the street, literally, from shopping center, food, beach, and all sorts of stuff. Host was very friendly and super helpful. It was very clean and we loved our stay. We will definitely keep it in mind for the future. ”
