“Beautiful location, on the lake. Very spacious, lots of household items that you need during your stay. The host was so accommodating and helpful. We will definitely stay again. ”

“Weekend stay for my mother's 77th birthday. She spent every morning on the back porch watching the sunrise drinking coffee. She handled the steps to water ok. Steps to water much better than many other houses. Love location, covered boat dock was a must for me. Cold ac, great appliances, wifi could have been better. Sister works online and she couldn't do her job. Plenty of parking front and back. Aggravating to use boat ramp on property due to buildup of drift wood. if I stay again I'd use the……

“This stay was perfect, and included full run of the upstairs portion of a house nestled in a nice neighborhood near the heart of Carrollton. The house was clean and provided much more than a couple of hotel rooms ... full kitchen, refrigerator, spacious, washer/dryer, and areas for our family was able to visit comfortably. If we find ourselves in Carrollton again, we'll definitely stay here.”

“It was the perfect size for our group and located close to what we had planned to do. The house could have been cleaner, and downstairs bathroom door was broken. We did let the owner know. Who ask if we needed it fixed but we let him know it wasn't a problem for us. Trying to get my payment to go through was a bit of a problem but the owner was very patient and tried to help the best he could. ”

“Had a training session at the residence. Held everyone and was able to stay in one place to get the job done. ”

“The house fit our needs perfectly! Plenty of comfortable gathering spaces for the whole clan with other spaces to be alone and read a book or enjoy nature. Our week was HOT so we really appreciated all the fun things to do at the house. We also rented the pontoon and had multiple fun and enjoyable rides. Our hosts were responsive and helpful. We have decided to return next summer for our next family reunion/vacation!”

“Blue Skies was exactly what I needed after my flight home was delayed due to snow! The older home is beautifully renovated and stocked with plenty of extra linens, towels, blankets and pillows. The home is centrally located to grocery and department stores and great restaurants too. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals at home which we took advantage of everyday. Ryan was an incredibly gracious and accommodating host. I'd recommend Blue Skies to anyone traveling in the Newnan area!”

“Confusing at first because it was a Saturday and communication between manager was limited. Couldn’t figure out locks and coffee maker didn’t work. Was able to get it all rectified and the stay was great. Super quiet. Saw 1 neighbor the whole week we were there. Super quiet and private. ”
