“My two children and I stayed here for a week at the beginning of February, and we couldn't have been happier.This place is beautiful. As soon as you walk into the guest house, you're met with a warm and inviting feeling of comfort. Importantly, it was VERY clean with a lot of attention to detail. The only thing we missed was warmer weather to enjoy the pool that's right outside the kitchen door! Pam and Bruce (owners) were also so kind and a pleasure to work with. I will absolutely book here……

“We had a very nice stay in the guest house. The unit is a very nicely done, converted third car garage area. It was a great space for my husband and I, very clean and had some nice extra touches like water bottles in the refrigerator, shampoo and soap in the shower, and plenty of towels and extra blankets. It was very quiet, except between 7:30-7:45a when the main garage door opened and closed. The location was ideal for us and if the need arose we would stay here again.”

“Beautiful property in a great Phoenix area location. Very comfortable and quiet; excellent communication with the owner. I will certainly check to see if the apartment is available when I visit Phoenix in the future.”

“Stayed here for a quick 4 day climbing trip to surrounding areas including Atlantis, the pond, and the homestead. Wonderful location to access these crags. The rental had everything we needed to cook meals and enjoy some Netflix after a day of climbing. We had a few issues come up, but the owner was very attentive, responsive, and prompt in communication and addressing the issues. Thank you for a wonderful stay, would recommend.”

“Beautiful views from every window in the studio. The bathroom was spacious with a huge waterfall shower and convenient washer/dryer combo. We enjoyed the private upper deck as well”
