“Pas de réservation à l'arrivée,manque une serviette,le café,la bouteille d'eau puis ce n'est pas la bonne chambre on nous change de chambre,taie oreiller tachée,WC bouché, fuite importante qui transforme la salle de bain en piscine,plus de tapis de bain, robinet lavabo cassé J'ai demandé une compensation,changer de chambre aurait été correct Rien a été fait,trois nuits comme cela ”

“The good part… the bed, linens, television was new, big, good signal. Central location on a busy corner. Internal sliders successfully block the street noise. Ceiling fan. The bad.. breakfast should be included. The worst. The pizzeria that opens into the courtyard is used for parties. This means loud, live , amplified music. So loud that you cannot watch the television and certainly cannot sleep. I stayed for more than a week. I will be returning to Popayan but I will never again stay at La……

“Zeer ruime kamer. Ontbijt was goed ( het was niet druk de dagen dat wij er waren). Schitterend gebouw. Bedden prima. Leuk zitje voor je kamer buiten. Fijne bediening, alles netjes bijgehouden. Zwembad hebben we ivm het weer niet kunnen testen ( is wel groot, leek niet helemaal schoon, maar werd dus nu ook door niemand gebruikt) . Kortom , het geld waard. ”

“They were unable to locate my reservation upon check in, 30 minute delay. I ordered food and I was never informed that my food came in; 1 hour later when I inquired food was at front desk cold. Breakfast service is horrible and food not well prepared. Overall I do not recommend this hotel, very poor experience ”
