“Massive mall complex but if you don't mind that it's great. Front desk staff was on point, lots of shopping and places to eat close by, if you don't mind walking through parking lots. Really nice and close to the freeway. ”

“I really liked this hotel overall. I was in room 402 - good size room. King bed and pillows were very comfortable, good tv and channels, decent view and great water pressure in the shower. The staff was friendly and the comp breakfast was above average. My only hitch is the noise level inside the room. Not a lot of soundproofing went into the build. Group of teenage boys baseball players at the hotel really created a nuisance running around the halls and up and down the stairwell banging on……

“My only problem was with the check in...most people like myself who travel for work use a company or a contractor company card for everything I mean everything. All hotels need to change the personal card rule for this one reason. Most are not traveling for leisure. ”

“The bed was awful. You need new mattresses/ I woke up with the worst back pain. The mattress was lumpy. Loved the rest of the hotel. Everyone was very nice . The breakfast was really good. I would stay again if you get new mattresses.”

“We had an awesome time at the Palmetto resort and spa! Best stay we have had in a while. There are resort fees and you have to pay for parking but we were notified up front and was a secret! We had the best time at the resort beach club and kid friendly for our 2 year old! There was no place we would have rather stayed. Resort was clean and spotless! Joshua makes the best Espresso Martini I have ever had! ”

“Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss mit zwei Queen-Size-Betten. Durch die barrierefreie Gestaltung war das Zimmer sehr grosszügig geschnitten und trotz der Lage im Erdgeschoss mit Fenster zur Einfahrt angenehm ruhig. Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet: In wenigen Gehminuten erreicht man einen beliebten Aussichtspunkt für den Sonnenuntergang, direkt gegenüber vom Hyatt Hotel. Besonders gefallen hat uns das kostenfreie Parken in der hoteleigenen Tiefgarage – das ist in einem Hotel dieser……
