One "negative" thing I can say is that, the streets are really narrow and a lot of people park their cars on the street so you have to use extra caution when driving to and from the house. “This is a great location for Baton Rouge, within 5 miles of everything BR has to offer. I was there for a bowling tournament and was just a short dash to downtown. “Property was awesome!! Great location extremely clean and fully equipped! We stayed 8 days as we move our baby into LSU .. so convenient. I even had amazon items delivered to the property and left on the porch! No porch thieves.
