“Hook, Wine and Sinker had everything we needed for two couples and two pups! We enjoyed the neighborhood and the False River. Home was stocked with everything you need and cute decor. Convienient to gas station and some local restaurants as well We would definitely come back to spend more time on the water!”

“This place is in a peaceful neighborhood, The house is tastefully decorated and was very clean. The host made sure there were basic starter supplies like coffee pods, new toothbrush and paste , laundry pods ect..There also was a list of local restaurants,grocery stores and brochures of points of interest in the area.”

“I was here on business, with 3 family members in tow. We loved the pool, hottub, 2 br 3/12 bath combo, decor, outdoor patio, kitchen furnishings, location (so close to museums, my conference, the University). My husband said he would definitely walk to a game from here, although others complained it was too far??? Where we are from, (Univ of IA) anywhere you park you will walk atleast a mile to the game. There was also a nice fitness center here that we did not use. It is a safe, gated……
