“We had a great time. The pictures of the interior of the house was spot on. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean and spacious. The only thing that I would recommend is that you show pictures of the exterior of the home. We almost didn’t book because there were no pictures ”

“The house size was great- we enjoyed the location. House has a few issues that if fixed would make the space awesome. We had 10 people staying here with plenty of room for everyone. House has a few issues like leaking shower and wonky kitchen floor that were a tiny bit concerning. Host was very nice. House could use a few more things for guests to use such as kitchen pots and pans. Overall we enjoyed our stay.”

“We rented the house for one night. The owner responded to inquiries immediately. It was an older house, which was updated inside. The beds were super comfortable. The property is located in a run down area and we were unsure about it upon arrival. However, it was quiet and we had no issues. We would stay here again.”

“The property was exactly what we needed. Plenty of room, beautiful view on the water, and the home was just as beautiful. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and all the beds had the most comfortable bedding. We spent our mornings playing mahjong on the screen in porch while drinking coffee and looking at the water. During the day we went shopping in Saint Francisville and had dinner at the Myrtles. We will definitely be going back. The town of New Roads was so cute. It was raining……

“Charming old house with lots of potentials! Beautiful wooden floors and 15 foot ceilings. Several areas of the house need attention such as cabinets doors coming off, etc. Kitchen needs a microwave! Shower and king bed were amazing. Neighborhood is in downtown, older part of town, but was quiet after hours even with street traffic. Back and front yard need attention with clean up, long grass and other trash in back yard. Price was good for the area.”
