“This property is an awesome vacation getaway spot. Ideally located close to Baton Rouge, with many convenience stores and local cuisine within 10-15 minutes of the house. My fiancé and I came with 4 of our kids aged 3 to 14 and had 2 friends with their 3 boys aged 16-22.There was plenty of space for us all to spread out and not be on top of each other. “Amazing home! The fishing was brutal but you can't have it all! Down for a bowling tournament and would definitely stay again! Master suite was beautiful. Kitchen has plenty to cook with. Tyvm Scott!”

“Property was located on False River; Nice place to catch catfish and relax with private pier and beautiful view of the river and ducks. The property is older but you can tell has had renovations in the kitchen. The downstairs bed was very squeaky. We didn’t use the upstairs room. The couches could be updated. They were very lumpy. The shower is super small and not for a taller person. We did have to change the shower liner because it had mildew on it. Also, noticed some hair in the tub but……

“This has become an annual event - and this wonderful home is the place we choose every year. The rooms are so comfortable, and there is so much open living space! The location can’t be beat - easy walking distance to St. Bernard Catholic Church and several delicious restaurants. Great place to spend some time with loved ones!”

“The house was great and just like described in listing. The owners was great and very responsive! When in the area again, would definitely stay here again!”

“Beautiful property, clean and the house has everything you need. The host was easy to communicate with if we had a question. ”

“Our stay was fantastic. Both hosts were on top of any requests or information we requested. Property owner was welcoming and friendly and went above and beyond for us. Breakfast was scrumptious, with a fabulous homemade gravy. Yum. The kayak trip was perfect and we were able to launch and return to the B&B, although hosts offer drop off and pick up at numerous stops along the river. We definitely will stay again.”

“Our family has been traveling through new roads for generations. This was the first time we rented a VRBO on False River. The property was immaculate. The ownership was always available professional and very courteous. Highly recommend this VRBO rental to all.”
