“My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend last year and knew we had to bring our kids back this year. The location is amazing. The quiet and privacy can't be beat. We even took a quick trip into the city to check out the aquarium. The house is adorable and RIGHT on the water. You look out the living room window and feel as if you are on a boat! We enjoyed walking around the marina, checking out the boats, our boys spent hours digging on the beach, and we brought their bikes to ride as……

“I took my three daughters on a girls weekend trip and wanted to do something different… This houseboat was perfect! Not only did it have every amenity we could need, but the rooftop was spectacular, the home was modern and efficient, and Brian was an amazing host!”

“We did a guys golf trip hitting courses around both Baltimore and Washington DC. We didn’t spend much time at the property but plenty of rooms and beds and perfect to get a few families together and meet up for a vacation”

“This booking is a SCAM! Do not waste your time. I made a reservation for my family to stay in the penthouse, to celebrate my husband’s birthday. We arrive at the building and front desk staff are unaware of any arrangements. I called the number for the “property owner” and get voicemail which directs me to call another number. That number goes to voicemail for a Ms. Jacobs, who then texts me “hello???” after I made several attempts to call her. I asked her about the booking and she was very……

“We had a large group that drove all the way from Alabama to participate in an event in Baltimore. There was plenty of space. We could have only desired another bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes for cooking. The rooms were all very nice and all of the beds were comfortable.”

“We absolutely loved this place. Location and home are perfect. So relaxing! The deck was just great for a morning cup of coffee and all the birds and sounds were so peaceful! We were literally blown away by this home. The house was stocked with everything you could need. This is one of my favorite places I have stayed yet! Great job!”

“The property is great for larger groups with plenty of space to do whole group games, but nice little nooks if you need a moment of quiet. The neighborhood is great to walk and jog in and the water was so peaceful. We enjoy the pier and SUP boarding. Great visit.My only heads up is the different levels of the house definitely have different temperatures...lowest level cold/upper level warm.”

“At first site I was Leary but a neighborhood garage owner befriended us and made sure we were safe by even setting up cones in the street to secure a parking space. The host Mr. Smith was very kind and patient and provided all the info we needed. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities we required. It was a challenge with the winding staircase for 3 senior ladies but we got along fine climbing them several times a day. I loved the historical feel of the brick and staircase.. Mr. Smith……
