“The Garden Alley View is clean and cozy. It was a great place to stay in Arcata, is walking distance from Cal Poly Humboldt, and was walkable to downtown as well. “A clean and maintained property. The proprietor seems to put a lot of effort into making it welcoming and livable. I enjoyed having a full kitchen and basic ingredients (spices, cooking oil, coffee, tea, etc.) without having to buy full quantities. Some older details need work like the shower faucet. It was tricky to figure out how to change the temp. Loved having a laundry facility and free parking! All in all a great little spot to call temporary home. Would book again. ”

“Location adjacent to a stand of redwood forest was really cool. The property felt a little exposed with two adjacent buildings next to the rental which has lots of windows but no curtains. I don't think anyone was in the other buildings, but it felt a little uncomfortable. Yard lights outside also made it hard get the room dark (again no curtains).”

“This little upstairs apartment was so cute and in the perfect location near downtown Eureka. It was very clean, and we felt safe during our stay.
