“We enjoyed staying here. Nicely furnished with all the amenities. My only comment: I was so grateful for Dean who helped me open the key lockbox and escorted me to my apartment. It was really cold with new snow on the ground so it was a challenge to find it and get it open.I highly recommend this location.”

“We stayed at the “Time Travel Inn” for an unexpected family need. Instead of staying in Antigo, we opted for a chance to stay in the town of Birnamwood. We loved the holiday decorations, the cozy decor, the chance to eat at Chet and Emil’s, and the delicious bakerygoods we grabbed in the morning. Do not hesitate to rent this place for your next Northwoods getaway. It’s beyond PERFECT.”

“This clean property is located at major roads (jackhammer at a local school at 4:45am on one summer morning; 11pm sirens only one other evening) with quiet neighbors. Our group was myself and my spouse, plus our 9 year old youngest. She was most comfortable on the low camp cot we brought along and did not use the provided air bed nor the pull out couch. Most items were set up for 2 people, not 3-4, including the number of provided plates, silverware, and towels. We are a pretty minimalist……

“Property is in a good location, but noisy with trains near by. Also, the house is more of a duplex feel, the owners live on the bottom and the top is rented out. The owner was there to greet us, but difficult to get a hold of prior. The house was clean, but def worn down. The house also smelt like smoke in the living room, which was unfortunate. Overall, okay (safe) property if you need a place to crash. ”

“The layout of this house is PERFECT for a large group, especially of varying ages, with bedrooms on one side and common areas on the other. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare large group meals. And the living room was so cozy and welcoming for our winter weekend getaway. The lake access was perfect for ice fishing and I’d imagine even better for summer swimming fun. ”
