“The location is in a decent neighborhood, that was generally quiet, and near restaurants and stores.The house is cute, spacious, beds were comfortable, TVs were decent, and was pretty clean. all in all it was a decent place to stay.there were a couple things that should be addressed:- there is no outdoor furniture, so u will need to bring your own chairs if you like to spend any time on the porch or deck- the front and back doors need to be adjusted. you have to lift them to close and lock them.……

“The house was immaculate, beautiful and had everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood with close proximity to Chattanooga. Our host provided excellent communication and check-in was a breeze! Will definitely stay there again.”

“The house is amazing!! The views are spectacular. The only suggestion I would make, and a very small one in the big picture, would be to consider splitting the driveway, such that each location can access a top stop. The spots at the bottom turn the rental into a 3 story walk up. Again, this is really a "nit", as the rental is EPIC...”

“First, the communication with the property manager was amazing! Extremely helpful prior to booking and also after check-in. Very fast responses. The house itself was clean, and looked to be newly renovated. (There was a dog smell, but I guess that should've been expected since pets are welcomed.) The furniture was comfortable. There were a couple of minor issues (front doorknob was loose, etc) so I notified the property manager in regards to them. I also told her we didn't want to be disturbed……
