“Well, I was glad I didn't go by the reviews I saw before booking a room at InnTown Suite. I had booked via a 3rd party and as soon as I checked in, the hotel Receptionist said I could pay lesser than what I paid and she immediately applied that. “Complete scam. From the moment of booking, I was harassed via text, email, and phone call for additional money over and above the booking amount. Hotels.com confirmed my reservation was paid for and reserved, but it was canceled within an hour of check in time and we were left scrambling to find a place to stay with two children. Absolute nightmare. Unable to actually reach anyone at the phone number. Fairly certain it was a scam from the beginning. Still awaiting a refund.”

“I actually ended up checking out and going to another hotel. The staff was SO nice, but were having to deal with an issue that some of the guest rooms didn’t have hot water, so they were very busy. When I checked into my room, it wasn’t dirty exactly, but the walk outlets didn’t have covers, so I was a little suspicious. I started working at the little corner desk and was there about 15 minutes before I saw a cockroach running across the wall. The location is convenient, but the building……
