“The room we had was dark and dingy. The weather was hot and there was no air conditioning. We asked for a fan and a very unfriendly man at the front desk barked at us that NO there was not one. First the positives - front of house staff were friendly and the view was main selling point. The negatives - - My room was not clean, especially the bathroom. Sink and toilet stained and the bin……
