“Stayed here with family and friends for my son’s wedding in the area. House was very clean and in a great area. Owner has the home very well appointed with all the necessities, appliances and kitchen equipment you may need. We didn’t get much time to enjoy the external property but it was well kept and expansive. You can tell the owners care about their guests having a nice relaxing time when staying at the house. ”

“Enjoyed our stay, the property was clean and comfortable for our three small families to spread out or be together. The kids loved the outdoors and playing by the lake.”

“It is a beautiful home and had all the space we wanted. However be aware that the windows are not operable so you cannot open them. The AC worked fine, but we missed the fresh air. Our biggest issue is that we were mislead by the ad. When it said "cottage available to rent for extra sleeping space" we did not realize it meant it was a totally separate property that would be rented if we didn't rent it. It was an uncomfortable surprise for both parties. We were each led to believe the entire……

“Very clean, decently appointed. We were there for a family gathering at my sisters so didn’t need to spend much time which turned out to be good. There is not much beyond the dwelling. The place was very clean and comfortable. However the smell from the well water was pretty over powering. While there was a keurig machine, it would have been nice to have coffee cups available at the property. Overall it served our purpose.”

“Very private and quiet. All 12 adults and 3 little ones had a place to sleep and found plenty to do in sunshine and rain. One young couple stayed in the cabin, saying it was comfortable. All amenities were a nice addition and very useful. We highly recommend this rental. The owner and caretaker are very nice and easy to work with.”

“Gretchen is responsive to any questions, the kitchen is well equipped and the beds were great! There are great outdoor areas to eat, visit, sit at the campfire and enjoy the lake weather.”

“Very nice home. large and spacious. The grounds outside were great. used the fire pit several times. what was really nice it was so quiet and peaceful outside. lake was beautiful. Only problem was with my fishing boat. to launch the boat it was a very steep place to go down to the water. the area to go down was covered by small rocks. I their welcome binder they recommended to have a four wheel drive pickup to put a boat in. Plus we were told by a neighbor that the lake froze out two winters……
