“Great location. Great communication with host. Really enjoyed our weekend stay!”

“Finding a pet-friendly cabin so our dog could join us was great. The cabin had good space while the dock and yard were used a lot by all of us. We caught lots of blue gill and bass off the dock. The cabin is older, but seemed clean. We also enjoyed using a provided propane grill to cook dinner one evening. Overall, a nice stay! ”

“We had a nice relaxing week at the Evergreen. We had multiple families stay and it by far exceeded our expectations! The house was immaculate and so beautifully decorated. The communication with Charles the owner was great as well. Highly recommend for a getaway!”

“It was a great property. Unfortunately there were no life jackets to use the paddle boat or a patio umbrella to sit outside when it was sunny.”

“1. The grass wasn't mowed before we got there2. The pictures of the inside were not like the cabin was in person3. The electric fireplace turned on in the middle of the night and we didn't know how to turn it off4.The trash from the other renters before us was piled high and wasn't dumped.5. Wasn't the best as far as being clean before we got there.6. there wasn't a dishwasher as it said on the web sight. It also said that there were 2 bedrooms, and there were actually 4. So maybe the web sight……

“This place is as unique and creative as they come! So much variety, almost too difficult to describe, but has a skater urban vibe in the middle of the country with a touch of redneck. Owner was good to work with and worked out great for our college age birthday party.”
