“We absolutely loved our week in the Beechwood Cottage! The property was clean and well maintained, with lots of thoughtful touches that reflect the host Megan’s commitment to the overall guest experience. The property was exactly as expected from provided pictures and descriptions, the location was secluded enough to be peaceful while also providing easy access to all Door County has to offer, and communication was clear, helpful, and responsive throughout the whole experience. “I really can't say anything bad about this cottage. I am confused from previous reviews about it being so small. There are 2 bedrooms which basically have ur bed a dresser and a TV... and then the kitchen/dining/living space are all open. We LOVED the jetted tub. We appreciated the fully equipped kitchen as many places don't actually have the pots, pans, silverware that is needed. They also had plastic storage bags.This cute cottage has us wishing to come during high season. It is really that……

“We stayed in late Oct 2024. Cabin is older, but very clean. Was a bit chilly in the main room in the evenings (temps in low to mid 40’s); the heaters seemed to have some trouble keeping up. There is a wood burning fireplace in the main room which would have helped, I’m sure, but we were just there in the evenings and didn’t go to the trouble to build a fire. There is an electric fireplace in the bedroom, so it stayed adequately warm at night. The views were beautiful of the sunrises on Lake……

“Stay was wonderful really enjoyed the sunrise. Cabin was nice and clean and very quiet and peaceful. Could see the big dipper as big as can be right outside the picture windows. We would definitely come back.”
