At first glance, it may resemble a motel from the outside, but as soon as you step into your room, you're transported into a world of luxury and elegance. The room itself is a masterpiece of modern design. It's spacious, tastefully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities you'd expect from a five-star hotel. “設備很好，房間很新穎，但其中一間馬桶有嚴重裂痕未修補。另一點是即使我們有付停車位的費用，但很常停不到飯店的車位（已停滿）這點在使用上非常不便，很可惜。 樓下轉角有間超市，購物很方便，飯店對面的台灣小吃非常好吃。”

“Excellent location. Easy to get around with the Melbourne Central Station of the free city tram in walking distance. State Library is also 3-5 minutes walk away. Just the washing machines in the self laundry are not clean for use if you happen to need the service.”

“Great check in experience even though I arrived an hour earlier than the check in time. The room is ready, quiet and clean. It is just 10 mins walk from Southern Cross station where you can take air bus to the airport. 5 mins walk to tram station which is free to access to CBD ( walk is 20 mins). 15 mins walk to QVM. It is also amazing to have a bottle of wine as a VIP of hotel.com ”

“Yes I would stay here again. The staff were so nice and friendly and happy to help. Yes the hotel is a little run down, but the beds are comfortable and at a great price. Having onsite parking makes it all easy aswell and included in the price. The hotel is close to shops and the hospitals aswell which I needed for my stay. Thank you Arden.”
