“我们是一家带孩子入住，酒店位置超级好，在查理大桥和老城广场中间，到二者任何一个地方走路5分钟；楼下就有饭店。房间非常干净温馨，提供一个双人大床和1个单人床，热水壶吹风机都有。我们到的早，上午11点多到就直接入住了，前台非常好，办理入住时提供饮料/葡萄酒给我们；由于我们第二天一早很早赶飞机，帮我们晚上就准备了第二天的早餐打包送到我们房间，超级赞；帮我们安排的车子在约好的时间等在门口送我们，非常感谢！很遗憾就待了1天，下次还会入住这里的。再次感谢前台和接送我们的驾驶员！”

“地點良好，飯店旁邊有麵包店、路面電車；走路五分鐘有超市、百貨公司跟捷運站，前往老城區觀光也可步行抵達。 房間舒適，適合親子入住。若對聲音很敏感，建議再考慮，晚上會聽得到路面電車行駛的聲音。（靠內側的房間或許就不會）”

“We received a splendid service from the hotel, especially from the front desk staff who have tried their best to ensure each of our request is catered. The location is super convenient, too!”

“Perfect location, good decor, newly renovated, spacious, easy to locate and find. But awkward check in process (they must explain it beforehand), only stairs access so not suitable for strollers or wheelchairs and very basic room but it’s enough if you don’t have much needs!”

“Ha sido de los mejores hoteles en los que me he quedado. No solo por lo bonito y cómodo sino por la atención del personal. Nos queríamos quedar a vivir allí!! Raúl, el chico de recepción, súper atento y amable y nos ayudó mucho con recomendaciones. Vasil y Lucie, del restaurante de los desayunos, súper amables también!! Los desayunos deliciosos!!! Vale totalmente la pena comprar los desayunos!! Está súper bien ubicado, súper cerca de la plaza donde está el reloj astronómico. Las habitaciones……

“Good: 房間設計型格； 有基本廚房設備； 乾淨清潔； 位置好，近舊城區景點，餐廳多 Not so good: 冇電梯.....如果行李重會比較吃力； 自助check-in, 有d 似airbnb, 但如果條key上面寫埋間房在那一層會較好，因為條key 只刻有房間的名字.....”
