“Overall, we were able to enjoy our stay at this property. The cleanliness was very acceptable. However, the description incorrectly listed beds as being queens that were actually full(one upstairs, one downstairs). Also, one of the basement bed frames was broken which created a very uncomfortable sleeping experience. Additionally, no large trash bags were provided or dishwashing pods or detergent, even though those items were included in amenities in the listing. A broken ceiling fan in the……

“Our family has been vacationing at Lake Okoboji for over 40 years, and this property was really nice due to its proximity to the main hotel and pool area. The condo had just the right amount of space for our family of 4 and the property owner was available and responsive to requests. All in all, a very nice experience. ”

“The unit is absolutely beautiful. The view of the lake is wonderful. Communication with the owner was easy, he was very responsive. We loved that there were extra supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, kleenex, laundry soap, dish soap, the list continues. We would definitely go back!!! ”

“This property is very well located in the Okoboji area and sits in a private lot with a lot of nature surrounding it. The house is well appointed and was very clean. Perfect for families and friends as it is an open concept! Also, plenty of parking for a boat and several vehicles. Our friends enjoyed the home and many amenities!!”

“We loved staying at Russ’s property! It overlooks the lake, as shown, but photos don’t do it justice! It was hard to get our group back inside one you cozy up on the deck! Pretty clean place! Lots to do and see within a walking distance or 5 minute drive. We will be back for our annual girls weekend next year!”

“We stayed here for a family reunion. The pictures make it appear much nicer, bigger, and cleaner than reality. When we walked in, none of the AC window units were running and it was sweltering hot. If they have someone checking in, you’d think they would at least turn that on for them? It took almost 12 hours to cool down and could barely keep up during our stay. They do provide several fans though, which we’re running full time. The smaller bedroom barely fits one twin bed, let alone a……
