“We loved everything about this property. We were able to enjoy our daughter's graduation with family. The outdoor space was so great for visiting by the fire pit and play corn hole. It was so nice to be able to be outside with the covered patio. The layout of the house was perfect for sleeping, eating, and hanging out. Our hosts were so welcoming and thought of everything. “Pool area and beach are very nice. Lots of activities for all ages. Pool DJ’s kept a fun atmosphere with great music, line dancing, and games for kids and adults. Unit 1901 is showing its age. Bathroom water in bedroom with two beds didn’t work well. Kitchen not stocked well with utensils and pots/pans making it difficult to cook. Beds were comfortable. Upstairs bedroom layout is unique. ”

“I enjoyed staying. It was for a family emergency so it was a last-minute booking. I could hear the person upstairs walking around, but it was not excessive at all. The bed was comfy. The couch in the living room could’ve been a little more comfy, but it worked for what I needed during my visit. I would definitely book it again. It was quaint and simple, but worked exactly for what I needed.The only thing I would change I didn’t get my checkout email until I already left so there were some things……

“I brought my parents and my sons (27 & 12) up to Oregon from central California for my daughter's graduation. This home was SPOTLESS, check-in instructions were very clear and the host provided excellent communication throughout our stay. “We had a wonderful stay at The Nest. We enjoyed the beautiful backyard as well as the large living rooms to sit and visit. The location was perfect (easy to get to campus, walking distance to Autzen Stadium). Michelle was super responsive when we had questions. I recommend The Nest!”

“My husband, my best friend and I traveled to Durango from Englewood to partake in the blues train. Last year when my husband and I went, we stayed at a hotel. but this year I booked this wonderful beautiful quiet apartment above the horse barn. The property is breathtaking! The accommodations were amazing rich dark woods western theme of course. The beds were great! The barbecue grill needed propane and Steve, the ranch hand obliged us right away. I can’t say enough good things about this……

“This is a wonderful home and our family certainly enjoyed our stay there. It is convenient to I-5 and getting around the Eugene area. If I had a comment not on the plus side it would be that while it certainly can sleep 10, there is only really 3 true bedrooms. There is a room/office with a door that has a fold out couch and a fold out in the living room. Also if you adverse to climbing stairs just to get in the front door, this place will give you a workout.”
