I stay there multiple times a year to visit family, and every time I encounter kind, professional people at the front desk and room that is clean and quiet. “Bed very comfortable. TV channels good once we figured out which remote (there were two, no labels); Toilet was low to the ground and hard to stand up without a grab-bar... and there was a very barky little dog down the hall who was till barking until almost 11 pm. :-( We'd do it again, but ask for a room with a toilet seat a little higher off the floor.”

“Typically we stay here 3-4 times a year and it's great. This time the breakfast had very limited choices. During the evening there were drunk people fighting outside and in the morning a homeless person sleeping in front of our room. I was disappoonted as typocally we are very pleased”
