“We drove from California/Santa Barbara. Rented this on a whim. When we got there, we found it to be Super cute. We rented the black-and-white room. There were other rooms rented, but they had their own private bathrooms. I didn’t realize we weren’t gonna have our own when I rented it. But we didn’t see anybody else on the floor where we were so we didn’t have to share bathrooms with anybody. But we did meet a lady downstairs the next morning who told us about the river. “Our room was extremely clean and this point is very important, especially to my wife. The room was comfortable, all appliances worked well, the bed was nice and the addition of a room fan was very nice. We both felt it was a good value. Note that it is in the heart of downtown Eugene OR.”
