“I really like the family that runs this place and they keep it very clean. The beds are comfortable the water is hot and it's probably the best place in Florence that's on the cheap. However there was no internet. I called the front desk and she reset the modem but there was never any signal. They had technical issues with that. Otherwise fine”

“The receptionists at the front desk was very nice and cheerful! Her demeanor was pleasant and inviting. The property was clean, aside from one dark hair on the hand towel in the bathroom.
