“Daydreamer was the best home base for us to spend time learning about this part of the Oregon Coast. Location was everything because we could walk right across the street and down to Heceta Beach! My daughter enjoyed the view from the upstairs bedroom also and since she is still a youngster she could navigate the steep stairs well:). “The house is an older house, but it is wonderfully charming. The best part of this property is location, location, location. It has its own private forest a big green yard fire pits barbecue. It’s amazing. You can walk to the dunes privately. Your dogs can run freely!And the owner of the property is a real great guy! I would recommend this property any time! Some reviews listed the driveway as an issue. It is not it is perfectly.perfectly fine. ”

“We felt instantly at home. Everything we needed to be comfortable was there. It was perfect for our dog Bailey! There was even a dog bed in the garage. Wi-Fi wasn't very good but even that was a bonus. We played games and watched some old classic movies in the evening and took some amazing walks on the beach.”

“Chose this place as it had 3 bedrooms, the reviews saying the kitchen was well stocked, and the amazing location of being at the mouth of the river as it dumps into the ocean. Best vrbo I’ve ever had! Seeing the ever changing tide and swell of the river was exquisite entertainment and education for teen grandkids. We will be back!!”

“The property was not given justice with the pictures! It was way more beautiful and the appliances were top notch! It was close to some beautiful sights and ofc old town. It was a very quiet and absolutely lovely location of the home. It didn’t have any patio furniture, has all these decks and no furniture. All of the mattresses were extremely uncomfortable. I had a better time sleeping in the jumbo bean bag than any of the beds. It also advertised a crib, but there was no crib. Says it’s……

“Overall stay was satisfactory. We were advised in advance the hot tub was not working and the property management team was very responsive with communications, and gave a small refund. However, it was disappointing because that was one of the reasons we booked it. The scenery was spectacular! Due to allowing pets, we were not surprised to find traces of pet hair but the sheets on the hideaway bed downstairs were dirty.
