“Overall stay was satisfactory. We were advised in advance the hot tub was not working and the property management team was very responsive with communications, and gave a small refund. However, it was disappointing because that was one of the reasons we booked it. The scenery was spectacular! Due to allowing pets, we were not surprised to find traces of pet hair but the sheets on the hideaway bed downstairs were dirty. There are a lot of stairs to get from the driveway to the house, and the……

“This property had everything we needed! I went with a group of 12 people and we were all accommodated comfortably. The host was very gracious and a timely communicator. Went up for a Ducks game, short drive (5-8 minutes) to downtown and campus. Grocery store nearby for everything we needed, restaurants, and Spencer’s butte park for great hiking. 10/10 stay, highly recommend for large groups!”

“Excellent house for a family get together for Thanksgiving and enjoy a Ducks game. Kitchen very well stocked with nice appliances and cook wear. Nice bowls and serving platters for Thanksgiving dinner. Appreciated the propane grill. Rooms were good size and comfortable. Large living room. Nice porch with view overlooking Eugene. Short drive to downtown and campus. Host was very responsive.”

“Our group of 8 had everything we needed. The two full size foldout beds in the living room were a nice surprise so no one had to sleep on the couch (though they could have as it was large and comfortable). We registered our two cars online in order to be able to park and paid 40 to the city for our 3rd car to be able to park legally. The instructions were in the home manual. Location was great and the space was well appointed and clean. Would suggest an additional knife or two as there was just……
