“Fabulous space. Easy drive to Hayward field”

“We loved staying at Heron's Hideaway! The cabin was perfect for three adults and our water-loving dog. We paddled around the lake in the canoes and kayaks, swam off the floating dock, watched birds, read books on the sunny deck overlooking the lake, cooked in the well-equipped kitchen (love a rental that comes with a salad spinner!), played cards, and did a 500 piece puzzle. So relaxing! The cabin was clean and tidy, with helpful labels on things so that we could find things easily and know how……

Love the proximity to town and restaurants.The home is very unique with a spiral staircase, and the three levels. “The architecture of the house, both inside and out, was gorgeous. It is really amazingly designed and very attractive, though old and needing some TLC at this point. There was no evidence of rodents like others mentioned in the past, but we noticed holes where they could get in. The back patio, the balcony over the water, and the private location within all the greenery were all wonderful. The dock had a hole leading to it and looked unstable, so we didn't venture onto it.
