“Beautiful and comfortable getaway. Has everything you need and then some. They were easy and nice to communicate with. The River view is gorgeous from all the big windows and the dock is a fun addition. Great place to stay and relax or use as a home base to explore the coast. ”

“The home was clean and welcoming. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds were comfortable with soft linens.We had superb weather for January, sunny and of course cold but the sun on the deck in the afternoons actually tanned us! The house is on the colder side in the front but it was January. Bring your flannels and you'll be fine.The owner, Leslie, is great and answered any questions we had. “Overall stay was satisfactory. We were advised in advance the hot tub was not working and the property management team was very responsive with communications, and gave a small refund. However, it was disappointing because that was one of the reasons we booked it. The scenery was spectacular! Due to allowing pets, we were not surprised to find traces of pet hair but the sheets on the hideaway bed downstairs were dirty. There are a lot of stairs to get from the driveway to the house, and the……

“Very special place in wonderful location”

“My 2 friends and I are all over 60, in pretty good health. There are two short stairways to manuever up with luggage, which was somewhat difficult. The house is fabulously furnished, with a well-appointed kitchen. Overall, a wonderful vacation rental in lovely Yahats!”

“My first time staying on a sand dune. Can’t wait to come back. The host was friendly and generous to let us check in a couple hours early. The accessible showers were both so great and hard to find. The home had so many games and books. Also had Netflix and other options to watch movies and shows which was an added bonus. It’s a perfect lay out for two couples/families. Lots of room.”

“A great little place to stay very conveniently located. The owners go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need to enjoy your stay. If f you’re coming to the dunes or have a boat there’s a long gated driveway for your boat or ATV. We have two small dogs the backyard was perfect to let them out. They have the best little coffee bar set up for you. You won’t be disappointed.”

“Great place for our family! We made lasagna the first night, 15 minute drive up to South Beach Fish Market for lunch the next day (love that place), and we made breakfast-for-dinner with sausages, bacon, eggs, toast, and pancakes for dinner our final night. Views are great and the beach is so close. We streamed a movie on the house Roku device for family movie night. The kitchen, internet, and the house in general had everything I expected.”
