“A hidden gem where you can enjoy the views and sound of ocean waves right from the bed. The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. My only suggestion would be to provide coffee pods, creamer, or essentials for the coffee maker. It would be nice to sip a cup of coffee while taking in the view without having to step out just for that.”

“Our family of four stayed here for two nights, although we were hardly there. We used the pullout couch, which worked great for our needs. The place was clean and well-stocked with the basics. The kitchen met our needs, which we just used for morning coffee and muffins. This was the perfect location for visiting friends who were camping in Winchester Bay. Also, it is just two short blocks from the marina, which has some nice restaurant options. We enjoyed our fresh, locally farmed oysters……

“The architecture of the house, both inside and out, was gorgeous. It is really amazingly designed and very attractive, though old and needing some TLC at this point. There was no evidence of rodents like others mentioned in the past, but we noticed holes where they could get in. The back patio, the balcony over the water, and the private location within all the greenery were all wonderful. The dock had a hole leading to it and looked unstable, so we didn't venture onto it.
