“We loved this place! The layout, the cleanliness, the view!! After a few hours my husband told me we should buy it!! We’d never even heard of “Old Town Florence!!” So walkable and we met so many nice people. Bought a few things at an Art Gallery, and a book from a lovely young girl that recently opened a very creative Bookstore. Two lovely Coffee Shops! ”

“The place was very welcoming upon arriving, very clean and new! Unfortunately, we were met with some pretty rainy days but the place was very cozy and comfortable and we were still able to access the beach safely and explore! The place had everything we needed and I loved the décor! It was great to have a separate loft area upstairs for the kids to play while the adults could visit and play games.”

“Unable to enter the property, due to "worn out"key. Had to call VRBO many times, got shuffled back and forth. We were in town in plenty of time but because of inability in get in or out of rental missed a get together and dinner. Finally someone arrived to give us a working key at 8PM, check-in was 4PM. The gentleman that "fixed" the key issue lived in Florence! VRBO totally dropped the ballon this one!”

“The house is an older house, but it is wonderfully charming. The best part of this property is location, location, location. It has its own private forest a big green yard fire pits barbecue. It’s amazing. You can walk to the dunes privately. Your dogs can run freely!And the owner of the property is a real great guy! I would recommend this property any time!
