It’s a vintage building, but the unit has been recently flipped and has nice appointments, including the updated kitchen. The parking was initially hard to locate as the lot is accessed from an alleyway that’s a few buildings down from the address (perhaps some more details are needed on the checkin instructions). “When we arrived at the property it is clean and easy to get into with the pin pad. While it is an older building with historical value, it has been upkept and modernized. The stairs getting to the second story may be an issue for people with mobility issues. The location is great as there are multiple options for food and drinks within walking distance. As well as a convenience store across the street. The owner also operates the store on the first floor of the building, she was kind,……

“We were in town for the Jane Sanders Classic, a softball tournament hosted by the University of Oregon. This home was a quick 10-minute walk to The Jane (the softball stadium). It was the perfect spot for our softball-filled weekend. Parking was available on the street in front of the house, which was great. And, the location is so close to some of Eugene's gems on 19th Avenue, including Beppe and Gianni's, Prince Puckler's Ice Cream, Hello Neighbor pizza and more. ”

“Quiet neighborhood not too far from downtown Springfield. Our dog didn't end up coming but he would have LOVED the fenced-in yard! Pull-down bed VERY comfortable, we opted to use the pull out single couch-bed for our second instead of going to the loft. Christie was available when I didn't read directions and sweetly came over to show me that the air conditioner was also a heater! Everything we needed including coffee and sweeteners, very nice stay!”

“The Speakeasy is a thoughtfully appointed suite in the heart of Eugene. The suite has plently of room for a couple (plus a dog, in our case) and is fully equipped. The host was lovely to deal with, offering us suggestion for things to check out in the neighbourhood. ”

“What a gem! The photos don’t do it justice. The views are amazing and the sunset at night is so beautiful. Easy to check in and out. Remodel was done with high quality finishes and kitchen had anything you would need for a meal. The king bed is so comfortable and I love that they are cotton sheets. We will definitely consider staying here in the future. We even saw a wild turkey roaming the neighborhood while we were driving around. ”

“The place is very spacious. Clean. It was made to make us feel welcome. Host had wonderful amenities like toothpaste, qtips…. Ice cream bars. Soda. Water. Crackers …. There was a very sweet folder with all kind of great information and more offers of support if needed. Would absolutely stay here again. ”
