“Beautiful property. Great restaurant and on-site entertainment for all ages. Love the decor- there are Ducks everywhere. Located within walking distance to many other restaurants. Safe area. We organized staff who are very welcoming and helpful. We will stay here again. ”

“When I got out of my car after a long drive up from Sacramento, the first thing I noticed on the way to the office was the lovely smell of a hanging basket of flowers. The staff was so friendly and welcomed me and my dog to the property, which had a nice gazebo where I could give her water and a little rest before we went to our room. The room was quiet and restful, a perfect place to relax before getting back on the road the next morning.”

“Staff was really kind and accommodating with allowing early check in and extending stay. Assisted with additional towels for staff and offered to service the room again during our 2 nights. Had fridge and microwave. Room was really clean. A lot of places within walking distance and on bus lines. Was able to utilize the city transportation to save cost and reduce the need for Uber or rental car). Area did have some homeless people around (not on property just near buy). The homeless did not……

“I was In Eugene, Oregon for the 2025 Eugene Marathon and had the opportunity to stay at the Hotel Counting Z's.....What a GREAT EXPERIENCE.... Very convenient for travel from and to the airport - not need for a rental car as there are multiple bicycle rental stations for travel and exploring. From the onset, the Hotel Counting Z's has great street presence on 11th Ave with a short distance walk up High Street to 6th Avenue for Marathon Participant Pick up and transportation to Haywood Field on……

“The room was clean, and renovated. It wasn't as close to Hults Center as listed. We had thought we'd walk to our event, but decided it was farther than we wanted to venture. The only odd thing, was that check in was outside the lobby instead of inside. The clerk as very nice though.”
