“The place was ok. Management made us feel like if we moved too quickly/loudly tht we wld be kicked out or charged a fee. Had to pay $250 dep which is rediculous. They say its back within 3-6 bizz days but we r well over a week and a half and still nothing!!!.Breakfast is a crappy grab and go which isnt advertised as such.”

“The place was absolutely perfect! I loved the décor—it was stylish and thoughtfully done—and everything was spotless. The location couldn’t have been better, and I would definitely love to come back. The only small suggestion I’d make is to consider adding a full-length mirror—it would be helpful when getting ready. “As always, I had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn in Springfield/Eugene. I stay there multiple times a year to visit family, and every time I encounter kind, professional people at the front desk and room that is clean and quiet. “We liked the professional, friendly, helpful staff who checked us in at the at the front desk. The bathroom fixtures (sink, tub, toilet) were clean, but there were streaks on the walls, dust on baseboards, hair and tiny ants on the bathroom floor.”

“It was fine but there was a tobacco smell in the room that we didn’t like. I had difficulty getting the tv on and the light bulb was burned out in the light by my bed. However the man at the desk, Ben I think, came to our room and handled both the tv and the light. I also missed a hook on the back of the bathroom door (there wasn’t one). Otherwise all was fine and the service was excellent.”
