“Staff is super friendly and flexible; it is a family owned and run business; they make you feel part of the family; town is super cute and one of the examples of "Fachwerk" houses I have seen in Germany. Also steeped in history. The castle was a seat of one of the most important rulers of Germany. Definitely worth a visit and overnight stay. Great dinner options in the old town center.”

“Der Check-In und Check-Out erfolgen per Self-Service am Automaten. Ging jedoch alles problemlos. Das Haus und die Zimmer sind noch sehr neu und sind sehr gepflegt und sehr schön eingerichtet. Ein bissel nervig war das House-Keeping, dass schon kurz nach 8 Uhr und dann wieder um 9 Uhr ins Zimmer wollte, um die Reingung zu beginnen. Ansonsten alles top. ”

Die Internetverbindung ist sehr schnell. Das Zimmer war groß und ruhig. Beim Frühstück fehlt einem nichts und die Qualität ist gut.”

“Très bel hôtel bien situé dans une ville thermale paisible. Chambre très spacieuse, literie très confortable. Très bon petit déjeuner. Nous n’avons pas pu tester les thermes mais nous reviendrons très certainement! ”
