It is not charming.The front storm door didn't close properly due to the placement of the lock box, and an old mop bucket with dirty water was left by the front door next to overgrown bushes There was minimal information provided by the host, and I had to text the host to request WiFi information. “We rented for my son's graduation and the house was perfect, here's why. 1. This 6 bedroom house was a better value than any Columbia hotel even if it had had zero amenities. 2. “Overall, we enjoyed our time in Columbia. It was a short weekend trip and we really only slept in the home. The neighborhood was not as nice as other neighborhoods we’ve stayed in, but it seems the town is older and there was work being done during our weekend to help improve the area. Volunteers were every where cleaning and helping the city. The home was just enough space for us.”

“Wonderful experience, I am a critic and found minimal issues with this property. It was a 5-star experience all the way around. we loved the BIG rooms, and this property was very well equipped with the consumables that should be supplied.
