“Property near train track and river, but home is well insulated and blocked most all sound. Neighborhood quiet and respectful. Quick walk to mainstreet, Katy trail, casino area. Exterior is not a reflection of interior. Exterior could use a power wash. Interior is simple, yet welcoming. Communication with property owner/manager was timely and clear.”

“Perfect house and location. This is our second stay for a family reunion and we'll definitely be back!”

“Awesome property and truly not far from the heart of Mizzou Campus. The owners are super responsive and were very nice people. Chris (owner) took me and my daughter to see the goats and they didn’t disappoint! Their big ole fluffy dog Cain, was as sweet as could be!! Very friendly pup and loves pets and belly rubs. The living space was so clean and very very nice. Super comfortable stay and will absolutely stay here again the next time we are in town!”

“Jessica was a kind and gracious hostess. The beds were cozy and comfortable. House is in a prime location withing walking distance of a museum, restaurants and the Katy Trail. There's a beautiful railroad tunnel and the bikes for use were nice and in good repair. The host was also flexible when we needed to make a modification. We would love to return and stay longer in such a peaceful location! ”

“We came into town to ride the Katy Trail with friends. The property is exactly as described. Located a little bit away from the downtown area but in a neighborhood with kids and families out and about. It was awesome to have the garage for bike storage. The dogs loved the fully fenced yard and the squirrel watching in the large trees. ”
