“We loved staying here! The cabin is beautiful and cozy. Everything is as it is in the pictures. They said we didn’t have to do anything for the checking out process. “The property is amazing and just as described. When we arrived, the air conditioner did not work so it was 78 degrees in the house. I notified the owners and they immediately went into action. They brought a temporary fix since it was too late to get the HVAC team on site which helped a little but it was a hot night. The HVAC team showed up early the next day. I feel like Jenesis did all she could do in this unplanned, unfortunate situation. She was a great host! And even with the air……
