“Walk into a clean, beautiful kitchen with an open floor plan to the living room with AMAZING views of Lake Fort Smith. I loved that the master bedroom was on the complete opposite side of the house. Laundry area was the perfect size! Spent a lot of relaxing time on the porch with our coffee, taking in the EXCEPTIONAL views. Peaceful and inviting. We had a great time in Fort Smith and this cottage worked perfect for us and our sweet elderly dog! The house was just as pictured, so clean and well maintained. It had everything we needed and more. “The cabin was nice but the location is what made the trip perfect. If you want to be secluded and by the water, this is the place for you. We were able to float from Big Eddy put in spot on the Mulberry river directly to our cabin. This particular spot on the Mulberry is really beautiful. If you aren't wanting to float it's still a great place to enjoy the water and hang out. The cabin had everything that we needed for our weekend. It could have been a little cleaner but nothing was a deal……
