“The previous outstanding reviews were not wrong. I have been fortunate to stay in many international hotels and this ranks up at the top. I am not easy to please and I was blown away.
The personal attention upon arrival continued throughout the stay. What really makes the place is the quality of the service and the friendliness of the team. A particular call out for Melissa who was attentive and helpful at all times.

“We had a wonderful stay at the Arlen Lodge! My husband and I stayed in the Arlen Suite which was very roomy with a nice living room area. We loved the breakfast, steam/sauna, and afternoon tea. Annalisa the owner was also incredibly helpful and such a sweetheart. Can’t wait to go back! ”
