“I had an extended stay here while going through a divorce, the staff was incredible, sweet and understanding. They did their very beat to accommodate any need I had. I ended up staying in two different rooms while i was there and both were super clean, everything functional and just a nice peaceful place during a rather tumultuous time in my life. “Quick and easy check-in with friendly staff. Plenty of parking space, and the rooms and all the equipment actually worked, unlike other hotels in the area. Both the pool and hot tub were also operational and clean.”

“From check in to check out we felt right at home. We had a very cranky, tired toddler with us and the front desk agent took that into consideration and put us in a room where we would not disturb anybody as well as they would not disturb us and it wasn’t an amazing stay. We’ll definitely stay here again if and when we’re in Ruidoso”

“The woman at the front desk was very nice, friendly, and helpful. The room was comfortable, nothing fancy, but ok. We didn't have hot water, which is about the only complaint I have. We were visiting family so it wasn't really a problem for us. The room didn't have a microwave, but did have a very good working fridge. I can't always say that about other rooms we've stayed in. The wifi was fast but the signal was weak. Overall, it was fine for somewhere to sleep, and for the price.”
