“Sam was incredibly helpful at check-in. We got in at 11pm, half the parking lot was blocked for resurfacing and there was no access to handicap parking. Sam came out to help find where to park, and gave us a room on 1st floor close to our car. I was a little exasperated and Sam was very calm and helpful. He is an asset to your night staff. Thank you. ”
