“Nice employee and clean area”

“Everyone at the Amman Hilton was exceptionally courteous and helpful. One minor issue, the attendant insisted on taking the electrical appliances my sister had and returned it broken. Did not return it to the room and we had to request it back and when we picked it up, she found out later that it was broken. One employee asked about the appliance when he saw it in the garbage and said he'll check with his manager. Did not hear back from him or his manager. I do not want any financial……

“So clean, Resturant choice is perfect, Noor manger is vey helpful and make you day so pleasurable. Crystal coffee shop is great although would appreciate if they can open early. Front disk employees need to be more warm and welcoming, nothing against any one they know thier Jop but lacks warmth and smile, the only one how smiles is Yahya. Room service is good, needs to have a concestancy in cleaning the room, one day no hand towels the nest is with, but over all is good and clean. Coming back on……

“I stayed here for only two nights and had an amazing stay during Christmas. The staff are very attentive and helpful. The gentleman who manages the breakfast is outstanding, who helps to identify different dishes and shares his expertise. The Italian restaurant called Oliva newly opened nearby is outstanding.”

“Walkable place, accessible, and sorrounded by many restaurants and shops. Roman theatre just in front of the hotel and citadel is 15mins walk only. The most i admired in this hotel are those all receiptionists, they were calm and very helpful, they weren’t let me down for all my requests.It was Worth it to stay here for more than a week.”
