Unfortunately we were shocked to see that the Sales Manager of the Hotel was not ready to accomodate us inspite of us making the payment already. Further, he was not ready to CANCEL the booking OR HELP FOR A REFUND or Find a accomodation elsewhere OR Speak with the Hotel.com to resolve the case. (Initialement dans une chambre au 2e avec vue moyenne, mais l’hotel a été très reactif quand je leur ai rappelé que j’avais réservé une chambre exécutive)
Vol la nuit suivante à 2h du matin: il m’ont offert la possibilité de rester dans une chambre jusqu’à 23h en attendant mon vol.
