“We had a lovely, comfortable stay here. The breakfast is the best we had in all of East Africa! Unfortunately, there was a construction site next to our room and it was quite noisy. Also, the bathroom lighting was so low you could barely see and the shower was handheld, so not easy to use”

Unfortunately we were shocked to see that the Sales Manager of the Hotel was not ready to accomodate us inspite of us making the payment already. (Initialement dans une chambre au 2e avec vue moyenne, mais l’hotel a été très reactif quand je leur ai rappelé que j’avais réservé une chambre exécutive) Vol la nuit suivante à 2h du matin: il m’ont offert la possibilité de rester dans une chambre jusqu’à 23h en attendant mon vol.
