A beautifully restored home, this space also is located in a neighborhood within walking distance of the Oliver Mansion, the IU Civil Rights heritage center and some fine restaurants. “Beautiful older home in a historic monied-area just a few blocks west of downtown S Bend. Spacious grounds and walkable neighborhood not far from Studebaker and local history museums. The Colfax room we stayed in was clean and comfortable in all respects. Though the room is a bit on the smaller side, there is ample access to common areas in the home, including a pantry area with complimentary beverages and snacks.
