“Service need improve ”

“Room smelled of smoke and air conditioning was broken. Walls were peeling and condition was overall quite poor. Definitely not as good as the reviews suggest.”

“They should fix the toilet. Cannot flush properly, try to fix it by myself but still the same since I'm not a plumber. The water block inside the whole toilet. Really bad because i was like bathing inside swimming pool full of dirt instead of normal shower that provided. An old hotel doesn't matter for us as a customer, we just need a room that at least the toilet function well, we care about the bathroom, old lamp old fashion table, roboh things etc, doesn't matter, as long as toilet……

“房間太暗，光綫不足，浴缸不太整潔，不過服务員好有禮貎。它的位置比較中心，所以很方便，下次來時都会再住.”

“The bed is soft and comfortable. The shower temperature is easy to adjust. They provide 4 pillows for 2 person. The soap is in a bottle that is quite special as my mom originally thought was cleaning detergent left by the cleaner. There is no lift so is not convenient for people with lots of luggage and people with limited mobility like my mom.”

“A convenient place to stay with dining and shopping within walkable distance. Parking is free but would be full from 6pm onwards. But by 11.30 pm, there’ll be a lot of parking spaces as diners, drinkers and shoppers would have gone home.”

“Nice home stay with good facilities, silent and peaceful place to stay. No distractions among the neighborhoods. Safety place and friendly in charge. Guest are welcome with pleasure.
