“Hotel Merano is a lovely family-run hotel that exceeded our expectations. The entire place gave us a very peaceful vibe and the staff was very courteous, friendly and thoughtful from beginning to end. We were a bit worried that we would feel out of place with a toddler (since the hotel tends to be quiet) but we didn’t feel that way at all. “Nice place and nice staff. Had to pay for sending a jacket they had, without my knowledge, offloaded from the inside of the car, not trunk, and hanged it in a closet. Would have been nice for them to pay the transport but OK.”

“This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The food is amazing and its never ending if that’s what you like. The service is first class and the staff are wonderful: We are from Australia and the only “English” speaking visitors , however, this was not a problem for us as the staff all spoke English.
