“We loved the location and the beautiful massive room/studio we stayed in during our Nashville trip. The view from our balcony room was beautiful. Very clean, quiet and not able to hear our neighbors ,easy keyless access, covered parking garage directly across the street. Great communication with the staff. Amazing choice for us! Oh! “Loved our stay! Perfect spot for a Nashville getaway. The location was amazing, just a short, walkable distance to Broadway but still quiet enough to relax. The space was ideal for a couple, with a cozy bed, great little kitchen, and excellent A/C (huge plus in the summer!). We arrived a bit early and were lucky to run into a friendly hotel manager who let us in a little before 4, such a nice surprise! Everything about the stay was easy and convenient, especially using the Sonder app to access……

“We didn't know Sunday was closed because Expedia did not tell us. We arrived late and didn't know how to enter. After spending the night in another hotel, we asked In Town Suites to refund our first night. They did so with ease. They were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. There are not cooking utensils, plates, silverware or dish soap, but there are towels and toilet paper for the first week.”
