“This home was the perfect spot for our family to gather for a wedding in the area. The hosts were wonderful to communicate with and accommodate some unique family needs. ”

“This house was perfect for an extended weekend with family. Nice, clean, and updated, this home was well stocked to meet our needs with plenty of kitchen utensils, towels, blankets, toilet paper. The home also had plenty of outdoor living space and seating for all of us to enjoy the weather. We will definitely be returning next year!”

“We like to check out different places around Ohio for fun weekend trips and this house was our new favorite! Luckily we planned on just chilling in the house because the weather ended up being bad and it was so cozy and accommodating. The view was beautiful, it had everything (even found a few birthday candles that we forgot to bring!) and the beds were so comfortable we all slept great! ”

“A pretty nice place. Obviously, not new build but I saw few signs of structural issues. Clean, well organized. We were there during the recent "week of rain" so although the yard wasn't really used, it was quite nice. A great space in proper weather. Very good location. Easy walk to downtown. Feeling of personal safety was quite high. A good neighborhood feeling. Much nicer than staying along the highway. Really a wonderful lot. Bedrooms are upstairs. A guardrail should be added. “Had wanted to stay in Dayton at our usual suites. They were sold out due to March Madness.Had wonderful experience with Vrbo in the past (Pigeon Forge TN).House was more than large enough to meet our needs. Good staging area to meet far flung relatives. Never feeling cramped like gatherings in motel rooms/suites often do.We live near train tracks back home, so we did not notice the trains after the first night.Minor issues at check in (heat and light from the sun disabled entry door lock……
