“I highly recommend this place. The location was fantastic. The bed were comfortable. We were able to cook. It felt very safe. I was concerned with the place being on the first floor but it is so secure that is not a problem. ”

He was accommodating during our stay and made our experience in Amsterdam one to remember. We had a young child with us and he ensured we had a a pack n play, highchair and toys for her. It was a wonderful spot to hang with friends. We had a group of 9 and there was plenty of space. It was a beautiful location with the backyard area and farm animals. My kids loved……

“Super cool and fun property. Host is professional, unobtrusive and reliable. All in all we were very pleased with our choice of property for our stay in Netherlands. Property is halfway between Amsterdam and Haarlem. We spent time in both and wish we had more than 3 days. Just a note worth mentioning....... Property is in a commercial/industrial area and there is very little accommodation for basic needs. Good if you have a car. We could not get an Uber to pick us up there. Train is a 12 minute……

“This apartment was clean and comfortable. The location was close to shops and restaurants. Volendam was an adorable town and we highly recommend the Volendam museum for local history. Bus stops and ferries were convenient for day trips to Amsterdam, Utrecht, Hoorn and Marken.”

“Gute Lage, der Fahrradverleih 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Kleine beschauliche, sehenswerte Ortschaften, die mit dem Rad gut zu erreichen sind. Die Busverbindungen z.B. nach Amsterdam sind opitmal. Wer es abends ruhig haben möchte sollte außerhalb des Hafen Viertels buchen. Ab Mitternacht ist es ruhig. ”

“Das Zimmer ist an sich sehr sauber und gepflegt. Nur leider liegt das Zimmer über einer Bar und gegenüber einer weiteren Bar. Die Lautstärke im Zimmer ist trotz geschlossener Fenster unerträglich. Wir sind eher abgereist. Das Bett hat vibriert und wir haben uns im zweiten Stock befinden. ”

Disappointing service

"I emailed the hotel as my check in time 7am, that's why I booked extra day, the hotel confirmed by email. But when i checked in they cannot find my record, also i requested room close to elevator as i had many luggage, they put me at the last room at the end of corridor."

"Overall, I had a great stay. The design of the hotel was stylish and thoughtfully curated—modern, with a sophisticated color palette that I really loved. The only downside was the noise from the room above. Every late night and early morning, I could clearly hear footsteps overhead, and even the ceiling light fixture in my room would rattle with a metallic or glass-clinking sound. It was quite unsettling and affected my rest. If the sound insulation between floors could be improved, it would make the experience so much better. That said, the aesthetic of the space was beautiful, and I truly appreciated the hotel’s unique and elevated design. "
